I was on exit interviews several times. In most cases, I honestly shared my concerns and reasons, why I started looking for another job.
But there was an exclusion: I experienced, the exit interviews didn't have any effect (based on what my former colleagues said on the exit interviews). Moreover, my feedback about problems didn't have any effect, too.
So I didn't say anything, just it's a waste time. We finished in 5 minutes. I spent half an hour for the company :-)
