Is there better than Jira as a Scrum management platform?
I’ve already used Jira at several companies, but the users were not satisfied fully with it.

I like Scrum. The good Scrum.

Originally Jira was a simple issue tracking system, which didn’t support the whole Scrum methodology. For example, in 2015, we had to use nasty tricks to handle the Sprints. Since then, Jira has improved a lot and supports Scrum better.

The story
I had experience with another software. I worked for a small company, which introduced a new management platform, the Teamwork.com, not only for software development (instead of Jira), but in the Finance, Marketing and Sales departments.
Non-IT departments had enthusiast leaders, who were excited to control their typical processes with a flexible tool, without any developer competence. It was the additional profit of using a flexible tool company wide, instead of selecting Jira.
The flexibility had a drawback, of course. People, mostly managers, had to define their processes…
