Story points in Scrum (and Planning Poker)
The typical time estimation in Scrum is voting for Story Points. Deciding the voted Story Point is not evident.

I like Scrum. The good Scrum.

The votable values are the Fibonacci sequence. Saying team members’ own vote for the team in random order is not efficient, because the first speakers affect the next speakers. In the old ages (pre-COVID era), the voting could be done by Planning Poker. Nowadays, online tools can be used to organize votes.
The story
I worked in a team, where the team members claimed about the inaccurate Story Points on several Retros. The Scrum Master suggested we use a 2D matrix to decide more precise Story Points. It was a modified Effort Estimation Matrix, where the dimensions are:
